  Manager is absolutely rude to her staff, witnessed the way she spoke to them no shame in putting the girls down. Turned me off the place.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the fact that you can wash your dog for free here, when other out stores now charge up to $15 to use their facilities. Has a decent range of fish, plus some reptile and rodents, chickens and then plenty of accessories and foods for all sorts.

  Actually like a 4.5, but their customer service was 5 star, I'd knock half a star off because they don't have a lot of rat specific items. But other than that, The person I spoke to on the phone (Peter, manager) was lovely and helpful. Abbey, the customer service person who helped was lovely and really knew the pets and their needs. Also helped me with non rat related items I could use. The manager (Peter) also gave me a 10 percent discount because I sounded so happy looking for my pets/pet supplies. At writing this they had also gained these rats from a private breeder so they did seem more happier than misc reptile food breeding lines.

  Sad to see almost all the cichlids stocked had sunken belly, some very badly. I wouldn't be buying fish here as this means they are full of internal parisites that would infect your tank at home.
